Monday – May 20

• 7:30am – 9am: Meet the sponsor breakfast/coffee (Invite Only)
  This will be an organized networking event between all sponsors and rights holders. (Blu Bar Area – 1st Floor Hotel)
• 7:30am – 2:00pm: First Impressions Networking Day (Open to All)

• 6:30pm – 8:30pm: North Florida Sunset Reception
  Join your peers and rights holders in the main courtyard for an evening of networking and one of North Florida’s iconic sunsets. Everyone will be given an admission ticket to the Panama City Beach pier for the ideal viewing vantage point. (Trip to pier is optional) (Hotel Courtyard 1st Floor)

Tuesday – May 21

  Come enjoy a great breakfast while listing to a keynote presentation from the Florida Sports Foundation President and CEO Angela Suggs. (Main Ballrooms, Hotel 1st Floor)
• 9:30am – 11:30am: Peer 2 Peer Appointments (Open to All)
  Kick start your business generation by having one on one meetings with each of the event rights holders in attendance then use the many networking opportunities to close the deal. (5th Floor Sunrise Veranda)
• 12pm – 2:30pm: Gold Rush Games (Rights Holders and destination partners)
  (Follow signage to load the busses to take you to the Publix Sports Park)
• 6:30pm: Larry Pendleton Dinner Pre-Function Networking (Open to All)

• 7pm: Larry Pendleton Partner Awards Dinner (Open to All)
  Tonight, is the night, the long awaited Larry Pendleton Awards. The time for the stars of Florida to be recognized by their peers. (Hotel Ballroom 1st Floor)

Wednesday – May 22

• 7:30am – 9am: Rise and Grind Breakfast (Open to All)

• 9am – 11am: (FL SPORTS FOUNDATION PARTNERS ONLY) – STS CERTIFICATE: BUILDING AN EARNED MEDIA PROGRAM (Must have Pre-registered)
  Stories airing on TV and radio or published in newspapers (printed and online) and magazines are five times more likely to have an impact on a consumer than a traditional ad. Media companies and outlets are offering more and more creative ideas to reach target audience to drive purchases and overall awareness of a company, organization or event. Earned media is an important metric to track especially for organizations who receive grants and public funding. During this session, participants will gain an understanding of how to harness earned media to drive awareness and support business objectives. (Hotel Ballroom 1st Floor)
• 10am – 11am: Rights Holders Education (Rights Holders Only)

  Please follow the signs to your bus loading area and board the transportation with the window cling that matches the activity you registered for. (Buses will load out back behind the ballrooms, follow the signs)
