- Tents are not provided.
- Displays such as banners, inflatables, or interactive games: tell us what you plan to bring.
Legislator Meetings
The schedule pairs each of FSF’s 37 industry and destination partners with their state senator and state representative. Partners who share a legislator meet together and present a combined regional story.
| Time | Activity |
|---|---|
| 8:00–8:45 AM | Partner check-in and briefing: talking points, leave-behinds, and track assignments. Location to be announced. |
| 9:00–11:15 AM | Senate meetings, five regional tracks |
| 11:30 AM–12:45 PM | Lunch and regroup |
| 1:00–3:35 PM | House meetings, same five tracks |
| 3:45–4:30 PM | Leave-behind drop-offs with additional legislators in each partner’s delegation |
| 4:30–5:00 PM | Debrief and follow-up assignments |
- Senate in the morning, House in the afternoon, so no partner is booked in two places at once.
- 15-minute meetings, 20 minutes apart, leaving time to walk between offices.
- Five regional tracks, each led by an FSF escort. Partners only need to be present for their own meetings.
