Since April 2019, the Governor appoints members of the FSF Board. HB5 aligns the FSF board appointment policies with the gubernatorial board appointment policies, to include requiring each gubernatorial appointee to complete the gubernatorial appointments application. This now includes all FSF Board of Directors members.
