Post‑Event Reporting can be entered into the same system where the application is submitted. Reporting is due within 90 days and must include:
- Submission of proven payment of invoices that meet allowable expenditures.
- Attendance and hotel room data.
- Media coverage and reach.
- Proof of Florida branding.
- Youth & wellness program summaries.
- Community testimonials.
- Post Event reporting received after 90 days will forfeit their grant.
