Grants & Compliance Coordinator

The Florida Sports Foundation is seeking a detail-driven Grants & Compliance Coordinator to help administer the Foundation’s statewide grant programs.
Working alongside the Grants Manager, this position reviews grant applications in the Fluxx grant management system, maintains grant records and award documentation, prepares grant award letters and contracts, and coordinates payment processing with Finance. The Coordinator also leads preparation of the Foundation’s Direct Support Organization (DSO), quarterly, and annual Commerce reports, along with reporting to the Board, OPPAGA, and EDR.
We’re looking for someone highly organized and deadline-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in grant administration, grant compliance, or nonprofit program management, and familiarity with Fluxx or Florida’s sports commission network, is a plus.
This is a Tallahassee-based, primarily office position reporting to the CEO or designated senior leadership, with occasional travel for meetings and events.
