Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Must be industry partners of the Foundation.
  • Host event in Florida.

Show plans for:

  • State/national media and tourism promotion.
  • FSF logo and branding integration.
  • Show a plan for Specialty Tag Program.
  • Youth and fitness program components.

Application Deadlines

All grants will be awarded in the quarter preceding the quarter in which the event is held. For example, if the Bobsledding National Championships take place in January of 2027, which falls in Quarter 3 of the 2026-27 fiscal year, the application will be due in Quarter 2 on October 10th, 2026 and the grant will be awarded at the Quarter 2 Board Meeting in December 2026.

Application Deadlines:

  • Quarter 1 Events: April 10th, 2026
  • Quarter 2 Events: July 10th, 2026
  • Quarter 3 Events: October 10th, 2026
  • Quarter 4 Events: January 10th, 2027
  • FY 27-28 Quarter 1 Events: April 10th, 2027
